We are seeking reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Remote Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, provide excellent customer support, resolve issues efficiently, and represent our company professionally—all while working from home. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Make outbound calls when required (follow-ups, confirmations, or sales)
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
  • Accurately document call details and customer information in the system
  • Follow call scripts, procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
  • Meet performance goals such as call quality, attendance, and productivity
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members remotely

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Clear speaking voice and professional phone etiquette
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, navigating systems)
  • Ability to work independently and remain focused in a home environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
