Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, execution, and process improvements within the supply chain planning team. You will ensure the optimization of supply and production plans for equipment and related materials across the enterprise while driving key performance indicator improvements around inventory and availability, and aligning operational plans with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels and achieve cost objectives.
- Drive continuous improvements in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process through collaboration with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert within the planning platform, training team members for efficient system use.
- Develop requirements for system enhancements to existing planning applications and integrations as new tools are introduced.
- Ensure adherence to master data management (MDM) policies to maintain consistency, accuracy, and control.
- Act as the key contact for field and corporate escalations, promptly resolving issues related to inventory, materials production, and planning.
- Provide in-depth expertise in supply chain systems, processes, and tools for effective materials management, forecasting, network optimization, and transportation management.
- Lead enterprise-wide performance improvement projects to enhance production quality and capacity, ensuring clear communication of timelines, deliverables, and risks.
- Develop short and long-term capacity plans that minimize costs while maintaining service levels.
- Support the development of repeatable and scalable processes to accelerate time to market and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the hiring, training, and onboarding of new planning analysts.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant matters.
- Leverage advanced knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or quickly learn new systems.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (or a combination of coursework and experience)
- Experience Required: 7-10 Years in supply chain planning or a related field
- Proven ability to plan and execute supply chain strategies and process improvements.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Solid working knowledge of ERP systems and master data management policies.

- Salary: $107,372.92 - $186,489.80 per year
- Compensation: Base pay with eligibility for bonuses and commissions as applicable
