Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to support our Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics operations. This role plays a key part in managing inbound and outbound processes, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting SAP system operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to collaborate effectively across teams, including international partners.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Operations Management

• Support inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Verify proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for all shipments
• Assist with inventory tracking by reconciling system data with physical counts
• Coordinate with internal material teams and overseas (Korea) teams to resolve discrepancies, delays, or operational issues

SAP System Management

• Enter, validate, and maintain accurate data within the SAP system
• Utilize SAP functionalities to support and improve operational processes
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide basic user support

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support preferred
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Korean preferred
