Join AT&T Summer Internship Graduate – Business and Marketing, a 10-week experience where interns will have the opportunity to hone skills and knowledge through meaningful work. This position offers hands-on experience, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to real-world challenges in a fast-paced environment. As part of the internship, you will also have access to a vibrant cohort network with other interns and AT&T leaders. Our AT&T internships offer placements in functional areas, such as marketing, finance, sales, operations, and tech related roles. This internship is designed for students who want broad exposure to how a Fortune 100 company operates – from strategy and finance to operations, marketing and analytics. Interns will be aligned to a specific team within one of our core business or marketing group functions, where they’ll contribute to meaningful work and gain exposure.
Schedule: 40 hours per week (Regular)
Location: Dallas, Texas
Salary: $23.17 - $32.41 per hour
Priority consideration will be given to students pursuing Business and Marketing–related majors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support work initiatives within areas such as Business Care & Sales, Contracting/Billing Center of Excellence, Data Insights, Service Delivery, and Wireline/Wireless Center of Excellence (depending on placement).

- Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program with strong academic standing, graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
