Position Overview

This role supports the Tech Operations and Technical COE Human Resources departments as the primary point-of-contact for reporting, analytical support, and career progression programs. You will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights and ensure compliance with HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain insight into HR reporting and trending while supporting ongoing recommendations and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Business Units, HR Leaders, Peers, and HQ on escalations and inquiries.
  • Manage and support Tech Ops and TCOE Career Progression programs.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience by responding promptly and accurately to reporting requests.
  • Address complex and confidential issues with tact and sensitivity.
  • Serve as the initial point-of-contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and company policies.
  • Maintain and track records to ensure compliance with U.S. EEOC standards.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and improve recruitment and compliance procedures.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of coursework and experience)
  • 5-7 years of relevant HR or reporting experience
  • Strong Excel skills and keen attention to detail
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Workday, Kronos, and SharePoint
