Job Description
Customer Contact Center Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative to provide exceptional service to customers regarding their retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and educate customers on retirement products through inbound calls
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account information, plan design, and loan requests
- Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer issues
Required Qualifications
- College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma / GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
- Availability to work any shift between 7:30 AM and 10 PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Bi-lingual candidates may qualify for a pay differential
