Customer Contact Center Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative to provide exceptional service to customers regarding their retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and educate customers on retirement products through inbound calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding account information, plan design, and loan requests
  • Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer issues

Required Qualifications

  • College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma / GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
  • Availability to work any shift between 7:30 AM and 10 PM EST, Monday through Friday
  • Bi-lingual candidates may qualify for a pay differential
