Position Overview
The Individual Contributor Manager plays a key role in our Finance organization as the owner of financial planning and quarterly Board of Director meetings. You will report insights and recommendations directly to finance leadership while supporting internal forecasts and ad hoc analyses. This hybrid role—based in Seattle, WA (in office 3 days per week)—is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for retail, storytelling, and excellence in financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead company financial planning processes, including internal forecasts and external guidance through close collaboration with Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations and cross-functional partners.
- Partner with the FP&A team and senior leadership to continuously refine planning processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Create executive leadership materials for board, investor support, and recurring leadership meetings.
- Own and execute the weekly financial forecast and develop the storytelling to effectively share results with finance leaders.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects to support FP&A and overall finance leadership.
- Develop and maintain a proactive understanding of retail and industry trends, assessing their impact on the business.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience (experience in retail and large organizations preferred).
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance with a strong sense of curiosity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and timelines effectively.
- Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Hyperion-Essbase and Oracle is a plus.
- Capability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings in written, verbal, and presentation formats.

- Compensation: Washington: $80,000 - $155,000 Annually. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses, along with additional benefits such as 401k, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
