Position Overview

GoBIG Systems specializes in providing SEO services, website design, marketing consultations, branding, and educational resources for local service businesses and digital marketing agencies. Focused on delivering tailored solutions, the company empowers clients with effective marketing strategies in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.

This is a full-time Entry-Level Web & SEO Specialist role based on-site in Broken Arrow, OK. In this position, you will analyze web performance metrics, implement SEO strategies, design and develop user-friendly websites, and optimize websites for search engines. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure technical excellence and contribute to online marketing efforts. The role follows a Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and optimize website page content within WordPress
• Build new website pages based on SEO strategy and internal guidelines
• Utilize Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools to research keywords and track performance
• Write and research blog content aimed at ranking and driving traffic
• Perform technical website audits to identify SEO issues and improvement opportunities
• Fix on-page SEO issues including metadata, internal linking, site structure, and content gaps
• Collaborate with the team to improve client website performance over time

Required Qualifications

• Interest in websites, SEO, or digital marketing and a strong desire to learn
• Basic familiarity with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, website builders, personal projects) or eagerness to acquire these skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn even without formal experience
