Job Summary

40 hrs/wk; 8a-5p, M-F. Columbus Community Hospital is seeking an experienced, strategic healthcare leader to oversee our growing, multi-provider orthopedic and sports medicine practice. This key leadership position partners closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and hospital leadership to drive exceptional patient experiences, financial performance, employee engagement, and practice growth.

The successful candidate will provide oversight of clinic operations, revenue cycle performance, payer relations, EMR administration, staffing, regulatory compliance, and workflow improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence. Candidates must be capable of leading effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum five years of progressive healthcare leadership or management experience required, preferably within a physician practice, clinic, hospital department, or other healthcare setting.

Knowledge: Knowledge of clinic operations, medical billing and coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), revenue cycle management, provider relations, and healthcare compliance is strongly preferred.
