You'll work directly with America's self‐employed, small business owners, and individuals to help them access a suite of affordable business services, consumer savings programs, and wellness benefits with health coverage plans. Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a portfolio of solutions that best meets their individual needs.
- Guide self‐employed individuals and small business owners in accessing affordable services and benefits.
- Utilize comprehensive training and support resources to achieve success.
- Represent USHA with commitment, professionalism, and integrity.
- Operate within a commission‐based framework (reportable as 1099 income).
Required Qualifications
- Accountable and coachable team player with a passion for helping others every day.
- Computer and internet savvy; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to excellence with high personal integrity and character.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
