You will be responsible for owning the delivery of marketing campaigns and at times support the creation of new marketing journeys - via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work as a part of a cross functional team and guide communications from requirements gathering to market launch as well as report on outcomes. You will need to understand or be willing to learn and advance our use of the AI capabilities using AI features in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In order to be successful in this position, you will need to effectively manage competing (at times conflicting) priorities and be comfortable with general instructions on new assignments. You will also need or be able to quickly develop an understanding of how group health insurance works - including an understanding of the roles which agents, brokers, consultants and employers play in the commercial health insurance space.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Be a primary point of contact for marketing, sales, and operations to support campaign delivery
• Manage the collection of campaign requirements from business partners
• Lead the campaign build process with developers from kick-off to campaign launch
• Enhance speed to market by partnering with design to create reusable campaign templates
• Work with the reporting team to develop dashboards that meet business partner needs
• Support and at times lead the creation of marketing journeys that pioneer new communications
• Lead the business use of Marketing Cloud's artificial intelligence features to improve campaign outcomes and lift overall communications engagement

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: in business, marketing or related field
• 4 years: of relevant professional experience
• 1 years: of experience leading marketing campaigns and/or using marketing tools
• Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M

Preferred qualifications

• Health insurance experience
• Deep-sense and curiosity of marketing, technology, health insurance, and analytics
• Experience with marketing automation platforms; certifications a plus
• Knowledge of and experience in deploying digital products in an agile framework

• Track record of working independently to drive projects to completion in a matrixed environment
