Job Description
Position Overview
CloudPSO, a global leader in IT staffing, managed services, and compliance solutions, is expanding its sales team. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with a strong background in B2B sales, IT services, or staffing solutions to help drive growth and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and research potential clients in the IT, technology, and staffing industries using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach. Build a consistent sales pipeline through proactive strategies.
- Sales & Business Development:Present and pitch CloudPSO's IT staffing, managed services, and compliance solutions. Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments, prepare customized proposals, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, and handle RFPs and corporate sales presentations.
- Relationship Management & Account Growth:Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, deliver exceptional customer service, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and liaise between clients and internal teams for seamless project execution.
- CRM & Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and deals using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Track KPIs and sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and staying informed about industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT services, software development, SaaS, or staffing.
- Strong ability to conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and generate high-quality leads.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with key business decision-makers (C-Level, Directors, and IT Managers).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for effective pipeline and lead tracking.
- Understanding of IT outsourcing, cloud services, managed IT, and compliance solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while being highly proactive.
