A leading global financial services firm is looking to add an Administrative Support professional to their Central Operations team in Dallas, TX. This team helps clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and hands-on support across key financial disciplines, including employee benefits, tax planning, and investments. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Location

Downtown Dallas, TX

Contract Length

12 months (potential for extension/conversion)

Compensation

$22/hour

Responsibilities

  • Preparing, reviewing, and editing confidential correspondence
  • Managing document scanning, filing, and archiving across multiple systems
  • Preparing travel expense and billing allocation reports
  • Handling time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments
  • Supporting miscellaneous administrative projects as needed

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with a team-focused mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
