Position Overview

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a knack for managing financial records and administrative tasks? This part-time, independent contractor role as a Remote Assistant is ideal for someone looking to work from home in the USA. Position: Remote Assistant • Type: Part-Time, Independent Contractor • Location: Remote (Must reside in the USA) • Compensation: $20/hr. In this role, you will handle financial records, contracts, bookkeeping, data entry, and research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Records & Contracts: Handle and organize financial documents and contracts with precision and confidentiality.
  • General Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and track expenses.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoicing, process payments, and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.
  • Research: Conduct research as needed to support various projects and tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial record management, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must reside in the USA and have a reliable internet connection.
