In this remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative role available to residents in select U.S. locations (Gadsden, Alabama; Brownsville, Texas; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Hot Springs, Arkansas; Daphne, Alabama; Jacksonville, North Carolina; Morrison, Tennessee; Valdosta, Georgia; Laredo, Texas; Fort Smith, Arkansas; Hattiesburg, Mississippi; Cleveland, Tennessee), you’ll help bring humanity to business while contributing to exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional healthcare customer service while working remotely.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines diligently to maintain patient privacy.
- Utilize approved devices, high-speed internet, and appropriate headsets for daily log-ins.
- Report to the Team Lead and collaborate with a dynamic global team.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong commitment to following HIPAA guidelines and safeguarding patient privacy.
- Proficient computer skills with high-speed internet (>25 mbps) and familiarity with necessary hardware (USB wired headset recommended).
- Ownership of a smartphone or another device running iOS/Android for daily log-ins.
