 <p style="line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 15px;">In this role, you will be responsible for providing mechanical engineering design, analysis, project engineering, and reporting for Commercial and industrial projects. You will be involved in all mechanical systems design (HVAC, plumbing, piping, etc) and will work with a team of designers using Revit, traveling as needed to client sites.</p>

 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;"><strong>MSME:</strong> a plus</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;"><strong>Registered PE:</strong> required</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;"><strong>Revit proficiency:</strong> strongly preferred</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;"><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 5+ years in industrial building systems</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;"><strong>Project management experience:</strong> a plus</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;"><strong>Ability to travel:</strong> as needed around Metro Twin Cities area</li>
