Positions are located in hospitals and nursing homes that operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. General shift availability includes days, evenings, nights and typical clerical hours; every other weekend is usually required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence and communications
- Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments
- Organize office files and prepare reports
- Handle mail, phone calls, and meeting minutes
- Prepare presentations and assist in event planning
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/TASC required
- Strong clerical skills including:
- Typing ability (45 to 55 wpm)
- Computer skills with Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service and writing skills
- COVID-19 vaccination is required
