Position Overview

Are you an SDR or BDR looking for your next career step? This role involves remote client engagement with occasional in‐person meetings, offering the opportunity to work with a company known for its innovation and commitment to small business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on client needs.
  • Identifies and secures new SaaS clients through self-generated prospecting and company-initiated programs.
  • Executes defined operational processes and requirements, including product certifications, order entry, and centralized intake forms.
  • Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training sessions as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years sales experience.
  • Industry knowledge with the ability to understand the Thryv product suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and aptitude for learning new programs and systems.
