Key Responsibilities
- Sell the Johnson Controls offerings persuasively and confidently to building owners at the Director and Vice President level.
- Promote the value proposition by providing business and technical solutions that align customer objectives with a total value solution.
- Develop and lead long-term customer partnerships by positioning and expanding renewable service agreements, including multi-year contracts.
- Build partnering relationships with decision-makers to drive sales and differentiate Johnson Controls through creativity and innovation.
- Mentor a Senior Account Executive to enhance professional development and productivity within the team.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of successful field sales experience.
- At least one year of proven success in selling HVAC or building automation system solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Additional experience in selling HVAC or building automation systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business.
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
