Key Responsibilities

  • Sell the Johnson Controls offerings persuasively and confidently to building owners at the Director and Vice President level.
  • Promote the value proposition by providing business and technical solutions that align customer objectives with a total value solution.
  • Develop and lead long-term customer partnerships by positioning and expanding renewable service agreements, including multi-year contracts.
  • Build partnering relationships with decision-makers to drive sales and differentiate Johnson Controls through creativity and innovation.
  • Mentor a Senior Account Executive to enhance professional development and productivity within the team.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of successful field sales experience.
  • At least one year of proven success in selling HVAC or building automation system solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Additional experience in selling HVAC or building automation systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business.
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
