*Scout Search Quality Rater - English (United States)

Position Overview

Do you enjoy researching and finding what you’re looking for with just a few keywords? At Welocalize, we are seeking English speakers to support our client’s project as a Search Quality Rater. In this remote role, your ability to understand people’s intentions will be used to provide both subjective and objective ratings to improve the online search engine experience. You will complete tasks in American English while setting your own schedule to meet weekly goals and receive support from our project management team during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time).

Job Title: Search Quality Rater
Location: Remote, US-based
Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week, up to 29 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: W2 Part-Time Employee (payment every 2 weeks)
Project Duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subjective and objective ratings based on project rules and conventions
• Utilize excellent online research skills to enhance the search engine experience
• Follow detailed instructions and comply with client project conventions
• Manage tasks independently while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
• Adhere to privacy and anti-fraud requirements, including signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of popular culture in the United States
• Excellent online research skills
• Web-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and project conventions
• Dedicated solely to the Search Quality Rating program (experience in Ads Quality Rating disqualifies you)
