Position Overview

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. In this role you will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more while selling additional solutions to existing clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Work independently and collaboratively to close sales, win new business, and achieve sales goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Positive Self-Starter: Upbeat, persistent, and capable of cold calling with clear and professional communication.
  • Agile Solution Seeker: A proven problem solver able to adapt in fast-paced changing environments.
  • Continuous Learner: Eager to learn and improve. While a college degree is a plus, relevant work experience or internships (including military experience) are equally valued.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior quota-carrying experience.
  • Proven ability to build a network and effectively utilize social media for sales.

Compensation: The base salary for this role is $49,400.00 - $132,570.00 / Year, with the potential for bonus, equity, or commissions based on location, skills, and experience.
