Consultant Exit helps management consultants (Big 4, MBB, Tier 2, and boutique firms) transition smoothly into their next career move without the stress and uncertainty of a traditional job search. Founded by San—a former consultant with over 10 years of experience at Deloitte, Accenture, and Oracle—the company combines clarity coaching, brand positioning, and done-for-you job search execution into a high-touch service. In this remote role, you will function as a Reverse Recruiter, guiding candidates towards their ideal career paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Source highly relevant job opportunities for clients
- Identify recruiters and decision-makers at target companies
- Send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn/email
- Tailor résumés and optimize LinkedIn profiles
- Track applications and report weekly updates on client progress
- Act as a career coach, preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating job offers
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Recruitment, Employer Research, or Resume Tailoring
- Strong skills in LinkedIn Optimization and Career Coaching
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in career counseling or related fields is a plus
