Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the schedules of the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Stores Officer, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CMO and CSO and other departments, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests for the CMO and CSO, and handle or delegate them appropriately.
  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives, and present findings to the CMO and CSO.
  • Coordinate and organize events, both internally and externally, on behalf of the CMO and CSO.
  • Manage and maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Keep track of important deadlines and assist the CMO and CSO in meeting them.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and other paperwork.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CMO and CSO and proactively provide support to enhance their productivity.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and support for the executive team.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures to optimize the efficiency of the CMO and CSO.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and news to support the CMO and CSO in making informed decisions.
  • Represent the CMO and CSO in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
