Position Overview
EchoStar is reimagining the future of connectivity with a diverse portfolio including satellite television services, live-streaming, on‐demand programming, smart home installations, and mobile solutions under brands like Boost Mobile, DISH TV, Gen Mobile, Hughes and Sling TV. Our Retail Wireless team is a disruptive force in redefining consumer expectations through innovative platforms and business models. Boost Mobile is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to oversee and enhance performance within Boost Mobile stores by partnering closely with retail store owners, managing projects, leading teams, and providing sales training and coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail store locations to provide coaching and training via role plays and side-by-side selling with sales representatives.
- Inspect and drive marketing campaigns at retail stores.
- Engage with community events and develop local partnerships.
- Make daily calls to stores to help drive performance and resolve customer escalations as the first point of contact.
- Ensure adherence to Boost brand standards and identify new retail points of distribution using local insights and real estate contacts.
- Communicate effectively with store owners to enhance sales performance and implement plans to exceed sales quotas.
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge for all Boost products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Four years of sales and/or account management experience.
- Three years of experience in training, relationship development, planning, or business management.
- At least one year of experience selling wireless products or services and experience with contract/vendor relationships.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with three years of active driving history and completed driver’s safety training in compliance with DISH’s Driver Safety Policy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide sales and marketing counseling.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; candidates with four years of related work experience or three years post-high school experience are encouraged to apply.

- Compensation: $56,580.00/Year - $65,000.00/Year
