 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Communicate appropriately and clearly with charge nurses, co-workers, and physicians.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Enter and verify orders in the computer system.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Retrieve laboratory results from the computer system and bring results to the attention of the charge nurse.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Ensure documentation meets current standards and organizational policies.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Manage and operate monitoring and medical equipment safely and correctly.</li>
