Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory analyses across various fields such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more.
• Evaluate the accuracy of results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and sample preparation for analysis.
• Document all procedures, train new colleagues or students, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in adherence with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree.
• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science to be obtained within the first year of employment and maintained actively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solve in high-pressure environments with exceptional attention to detail.
