SEO Manager (Remote US)

Position Overview

The Content Strategist, also known internally as Account Strategist, Content & SEO at Directive Consulting, plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic client solutions. In this client‐facing position, you will manage day-to-day deliverables, develop custom marketing strategies, and ensure our clients achieve their key performance metrics through innovative content and SEO approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute custom strategies for enterprise clients to drive performance and growth.
• Collaborate closely with your Associate Director to overcome roadblocks and optimize strategy execution.
• Craft creative briefs and compelling content campaigns based on competitor and audience insights.
• Set and monitor goals using data from Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and CRM systems.
• Oversee project management using Asana, ensuring timely task delegation, communication, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in implementing SEO principles and content strategies (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building).
• Analytical prowess with tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Ahrefs.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage client relationships.
• Agency experience with a focus on B2B tech and/or SaaS industries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Customer Generation marketing methodology.
• Experience in managing enterprise client accounts and advanced project management.
