Position Overview
NOW HIRING: Brand Marketing & Content Design Manager – Help shape and elevate the voice of Nikken Foods! As a design‐led marketer at Nikken Foods USA, you will sit at the center of sales, content, and customer engagement. In this dynamic role, reporting to the Vice President, you will create, refine, and execute strategic marketing content and campaigns that combine compelling product storytelling with sales-focused execution. Work from our centrally located US Headquarters at 4984 Manchester Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110 – an on‐site position five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Account-Specific Content & Campaign Execution – Lead sales-led marketing campaigns by planning and managing monthly outbound content calendars and targeted account initiatives.
- Create Customer-Facing Sales Materials – Collaborate with the sales team to develop polished, reusable sales assets such as product one-pagers, email templates, and custom decks for customer meetings and events.
- Support Website Revamp & Drive Digital Branding – Partner with external developers on website content strategy and redesign; lead corporate content ideation and implementation to enhance digital presence.
- Translate Analytics into Insight & Facilitate Sales Research – Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and support sales strategies with food trend and market research.
Required Qualifications
- Your Approach: A collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment with the sales team as the primary customer.
- Your Experience: 4-8+ years of proven sales-driven marketing experience with a track record of delivering clear, compelling content and on-brand campaigns.
- Your Design & Technology Skills: Proficient with design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe, as well as email campaign platforms (MailChimp) and CRMs (Insightly).
- Your Education: A four-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
