Position Overview

You’ll work directly with employees to troubleshoot workstation issues, respond to help desk tickets, and assist with upgrades and replacements of desktops, laptops, and tablets. Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and related IT equipment within an enterprise environment.
  • Respond promptly to support requests submitted through a web-based help desk ticketing system.
  • Work directly with end users to coordinate and schedule workstation upgrades or replacements.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues affecting workstation performance and functionality.
  • Perform imaging and re-imaging of user workstations using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Required: Minimum of two (2) years of related IT experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience imaging workstations using Microsoft SCCM/MECM.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or higher certification.
  • macOS certification.
  • CompTIA A+ certification.
