In this role, as the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will join one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world on the Web & Organic Growth Team, reporting to the Director of Web Strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will manage the CMS, support campaign launches, and amplify our organic presence while ensuring our website is fast, accurate, and conversion-ready.
Location: New York City or Chicago
Schedule: Hybrid – office attendance twice a week, with additional in-office days for team or company events
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
Compensation: $80K - $100K
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Manage Website Content & Quality – publish and update CMS content, maintain site hygiene (links, redirects, tagging), and perform pre-/post-launch QA for a polished, accessible, and error-free user experience.
- Responsibilities: Support Organic Growth & SEO – implement on-page optimizations, maintain structured data and schema, perform SEO audits, publish answer-style content, assist with keyword research, and monitor AI search visibility trends.
- Responsibilities: Execute Website Experiments & Personalization – assist with building A/B tests or personalized experiences in our CRO platform, ensuring proper setup, targeting, and tracking.
- Responsibilities: Enable Marketing Campaign Execution – build landing pages for cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with Brand, PMM, Demand Gen, and MOPs, ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.

- Qualifications: Familiarity with website tools and HTML (e.g., CMS, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio) and a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress and advanced HTML is a plus.
