Electrical Apprentice — Flux Electric (Oklahoma City, OK)

Position Overview

Join one of Oklahoma’s fastest-growing electrical companies! Flux Electric is looking for motivated Electrical Apprentices to join our residential and light commercial team. If you’re ready to learn the trade, work with skilled journeymen, and build a long-term career in the electrical field, we want to meet you. As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll work under the supervision of licensed electricians to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in homes, small businesses, and light commercial environments. You’ll gain hands-on experience while developing the knowledge and skills required to become a licensed journeyman.

Job Type: Apprenticeship | Expected Hours: 40 per week | Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman electricians with installations, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Pull wire, install conduit, outlets, fixtures, and panels
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in a clean and organized manner
• Follow all safety guidelines, codes, and company standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers on-site
• Attend job-specific and classroom training as required to advance in apprenticeship

Required Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma Electrical Apprentice license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, or outdoors in varying conditions
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and commitment to teamwork
