Position Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth efforts—prospecting aggressively, engaging decision-makers, and opening new revenue channels from day one. You won’t be tied to managing existing accounts; instead, you’ll focus entirely on creating new opportunities and generating net-new revenue that fuels long-term recurring commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Conduct in-depth research using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Salesforce to identify high-value revenue opportunities.
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to introduce our value proposition, run consultative conversations, and develop tailored pitches.
- Email Outreach: Craft personalized outreach messages, develop email sequences, and follow up to nurture engagement.
- LinkedIn Engagement: Strategically leverage LinkedIn to expand your network, send targeted messages, and share relevant insights.
- Relationship Development: Build rapport with prospects through consistent communication, collaborate internally, and maintain a robust pipeline using our CRM.
Required Qualifications
