Position Overview

Are you the Pharmacist who knows your patients by name? Do they ask for you because you build meaningful relationships with them? At Albertsons, a division of Albertsons Companies, you will join a progressive team dedicated to delivering patient-centered care and optimizing medication therapy. You will support direct patient care, disease state management, and help manage both acute and chronic conditions while fostering an environment of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively delivers patient care services
  • Supervises pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns
  • Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety, and compliance
  • Implements company initiatives to increase profitability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
  • Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
  • Certified Immunizer (Preferred)
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules including dayshift, evenings, holidays, and weekends

  • Compensation: The pay for this position is $102,352 per year. Starting rates may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and collective bargaining agreements. Additional benefits may include healthcare, PTO/Vacation pay, and retirement benefits (401(k) eligibility) based on service length and work hours.
