Consultant / Senior Consultant, Supply Chain Operations (Remote)

The Senior Solution Consultant role supports sales efforts in the US and Canada by partnering with Account Executives to understand client needs, design and present value-driven solutions, and guide customers through their buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform site visits to observe customer operations, assess hardware requirements, and gather insights from stakeholders and users.
• Collaborate with customers and the opportunity team to develop meaningful demonstrations around the Tecsys platform and solutions.
• Learn and communicate technical customer success stories across each core vertical.
• Establish credibility as a technical expert and trusted advisor with the customer.
• Seek ways to enable prospects or customers to progress smoothly through the buying journey and advocate internally.
• Collaborate effectively across the organization and drive valuable feedback from the field.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Presales or similar customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, etc. (Practical experience in a Supply Chain Logistics role is an asset).
• Must remain cool under pressure and confidently handle customer questions and objections.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
