Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the industrial design team to ensure efficient and effective product development processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, marketers, and product managers to create innovative product solutions.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Create detailed design briefs, sketches, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve complex design challenges.
• Ensure that all designs meet industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee the entire product design process from concept development to production.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster their professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and design tools to continuously improve the design process.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final design.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure successful production of designs.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in all designs.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the design team.
