Entry Level Sales Representative

Position Overview

At Next Gen Exposure Inc, we create innovative marketing solutions for respected retailers and Fortune 500 companies. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for an Entry-Level Sales Representative position. In this face-to-face, in‑store marketing role based in Kalamazoo, MI, you will work directly with customers at retail locations and participate in training sessions and team meetings.Compensation:Base pay ranges from approximately $600–$1000 weekly (depending on experience) or $14.67–$15.60 per hour, plus additional commission and bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend office meetings and training sessions to master our marketing strategies and client offerings.
• Work at retail locations to engage with customers and represent our partners by promoting their products and services.
• Build strong relationships with customers to provide a high-quality sales experience and drive brand awareness.
• Participate in weekly team meetings for updates and strategy sharing to continually improve performance.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, manage client expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment with excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to travel to assigned retail locations in Kalamazoo, MI and commit to full-time scheduled shifts (Monday to Friday with weekend availability).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (no prior experience required as full training is provided).
