Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Vlocity (Industries) solutions, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Cards, and FlexCards.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Vlocity Industry-specific modules.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and triggers.
• Implement integration with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Perform data migration and transformation using DataRaptors and ETL tools.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
• Conduct unit testing, support QA, and resolve defects across development and production environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog refinement.
• Provide technical documentation, support release management, and assist in CI/CD pipeline automation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 1-2 years in Salesforce Vlocity/Industries.
• Strong hands-on experience with Vlocity tools: OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, Vlocity Cards).
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration: workflows, process builder, flows, custom objects, and validation rules.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps tools (Git, GitLab, Copado, or Bitbucket).
• Experience in Salesforce data modeling, data migration, and integration.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) and Vlocity Developer/OmniStudio certification is highly desirable.
