Key Responsibilities

- Act as the voice of the market and customer, influencing product strategy and category creation.
- Establish and scale the product marketing function, transitioning it from reactive support to a strategic driver of go‐to‐market success.
- Lead comprehensive go-to-market strategies and execution, coordinating with Product, Sales, and Client Services teams.
- Develop and refine messaging and positioning, launching new products and thought leadership content.
- Equip Sales and Customer Service teams with the necessary tools and training, including sales materials and collateral.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a product marketing role, preferably within a B2B software environment.
- Proven cross-functional leadership with a strong track record collaborating with Product, Sales, Client Services, and executive teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
- A strategic, self-starting mindset comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
Benefits & Perks
- Hybrid Work Environment: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home on Monday and Friday with in-office collaboration in New York City Tuesday through Thursday.
- Compensation Package: Base salary ranging from $180,000.00 to $230,000.00 (specific to NYC candidates), annual cash bonus, and generous equity compensation.
- Be part of a fast-growing, innovative organization that partners with Fortune 500 companies, leading nonprofits, and top-tier agencies.
