Job Description

Position Overview

The Boeing Enterprise Finance team is seeking an Associate or Experienced Financial Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to join the Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) Finance Integration team in Seattle, Washington. In this role you will support IDT&S Executive Leadership and Product Divisions with data analysis, actionable insights for strategic planning, performance reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and presentations to Senior Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to lead integration and analysis of year-to-date performance, opportunity and risk, and year-end performance to target.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to develop strategic insights supporting company business objectives.
  • Support the development of independent analysis and business cases using historical actuals, Center of Excellence (CoE) input, and business insights.
  • Build strong relationships with IDT&S Leadership, Finance CoE, and Finance Integration peers.
  • Prepare recommendations and presentation materials effectively conveying key messages to IDT&S senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Boeing and Governmental regulations concerning financial policies, procedures, processes, systems, and tools.
  • Execute appropriate Cost Policy determinations and adhere to Boeing Accounting Principles.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Finance, Accounting, or Business-related role.
  • Proven experience analyzing and integrating financial data.
  • Strong ability to build positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced features, data analysis) and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Business-related field.
  • Understanding of standard or Boeing accounting practices.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and meet deliverables.
  • Experience analyzing data and quantifying cost, risk, and opportunities.
  • Strong change agent skills with the ability to drive change among multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in building cross-functional consensus to drive business results.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation:Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay range for Associate (Level 2): $68,850 - $93,150; for Experienced (Level 3): $85,000 - $115,000.
