Overview of the Role
M&D is seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in driving the marketing efforts across all four of our companies: M&D Real Estate (residential), M&D CRE (commercial), M&D Property Management, and M&D General Contracting.
In this role, you’ll be at the center of our marketing operations, supporting both company-wide initiatives and individual agent needs. From managing our CRM database and assisting listing specialists, to creating compelling marketing materials and ensuring brand consistency, you’ll help bring our marketing strategy to life. You’ll also oversee agent marketing requests, contribute to email campaigns, design property flyers, and stay on top of real estate marketing trends to keep M&D ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role on our marketing team! Here are some of the key responsibilities for the role:
- Managing company’s CRM, including lead entry, database oversight, and assignment of leads.
- Assisting residential and commercial listing specialists, including attending appointments, inputting new properties, designing marketing flyers, making listings live, and other tasks as assigned.
- Creating marketing materials for listings, email campaigns, or other special projects.
- Oversight of company marketing requests, including fulfilling some requests, assigning out others, and ensuring requests are completed on time.
- Supporting marketing team in maintaining consistent branding and messaging across all materials.
- Staying current with real estate marketing trends and tools to enhance campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Good understanding of basic marketing principles and social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to professionally communicate with agents, other staff, clients and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to exciting marketing initiatives
- Previous internship, part-time, full-time, or volunteer experience in marketing or communications is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Experience using Canva & Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with customer service and strong communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a go-getter mindset to take initiative and drive projects forward
- Desire for a long-term career in marketing
