Position Overview

As a Talent Partner - Accounting and Finance Divisions at AccruePartners, you will own the candidate side of the search – sourcing, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent for contract, project, and direct hire roles. You’ll join a forward-thinking team with a high-touch leadership culture, award-winning reputation, and a focus on redefining talent solutions in the Carolinas and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the candidate side of the search for top talent.
• Interview 15–18 candidates weekly to uncover true fit and future potential.
• Submit 10–12 qualified candidates weekly, ensuring speed, quality, and precision.
• Generate 8+ business development leads weekly via strategic outreach and market insights.
• Execute the AccruePartners Business System:
  • Participate in intake sessions and craft compelling go-to-market messages.
  • Leverage data-driven insights for targeted searches and effective candidate prep.
  • Conduct Quality Check Calls to ensure post-placement satisfaction.
• Attend 1–2 in-person networking events monthly to deepen client and candidate relationships.
