Cyber Security Intern - Summer 2025

Position Overview

CACI is seeking a talented and motivated Cyber Security intern to join our team for the summer of 2025 in San Antonio, Texas. This internship is designed for students in their 3rd or 4th year of university, majoring in Cyber Security or a closely related field. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced cyber security environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Help monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents
• Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
• Participate in security awareness training programs
• Assist in researching emerging cyber threats and trends
• Support the team in day-to-day security operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Knowledge of cloud security concepts
• Relevant certifications or coursework in progress (e.g., Security+, CEH)
• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, studying Cyber Security or related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Previous internship, academic, or other related experience
