In this role, our entry-level Client Service Associate is key to our success by educating customers, answering questions, mastering product and service knowledge, and strategizing innovative ways to heighten customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Redefine relationships with new and existing customers, provide insight, and answer questions to create ultimate brand loyalty and customer retention.
- Educate oneself and become the expert in clients' products and services to better inform customers of their features and benefits.
- Utilize top-notch negotiation skills throughout the sales process and upsell when applicable.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is met to the highest level with every interaction.
- Support the sales team in closing sales opportunities, furthering relationships while bolstering revenue.
- Collaborate effectively with the rest of the entry-level Client Service Associate team.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, entry-level, or a related field is highly preferred.
- A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor with a client-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment alongside clients and other associates.
- Above-average communication skills.
- Drive and ambition to surpass expectations and team goals.
