Position Overview

The Senior Channel Marketing Manager role at Milwaukee Tool is designed for an innovative leader who will own the commercialization of sales and marketing programs. You will have the opportunity to drive channel strategies, launch new products, and work collaboratively across internal teams to fuel growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy (40%) – Collaborate with Corporate Account Contacts to create aligned strategies and guide the development of annual business and account plans. Conduct competitive market analysis, formulating recommendations on pricing models, promotional strategies, and commercial tactics while analyzing sales and market feedback.
  • Collaboration (30%) – Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales leaders to understand customer needs, support new product planning, manage mix and distribution, and work with internal teams (Finance, Supply & Demand, etc.) to manage P&L and promotional plans.
  • Empowered Leadership (30%) – Lead and nurture a dedicated Channel Marketing team, focusing on talent development and on-boarding, and foster high levels of motivation to achieve aggressive marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree – focus in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing/Sales roles
  • Strong communication skills with a persuasive ability to effectively share ideas
  • Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills and acute attention to detail
  • Highly organized with proven project management capabilities
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel 15% of the time
