Position Overview
Location: United States (Philadelphia HQ or any major city). Territory: Real World Data Sales – Global. Reports to: Vice President of Global Sales, Life Sciences. Proscia Pathology is at the center of medicine’s transformation, accelerating pathology’s transition from microscope to images to change how we think about cancer. As the Sales Director, Life Sciences – Real World Data, you will drive global strategy and sales in the Life Sciences segment, working with Pharma, CROs and biotech companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Real World Data strategy and sales to the Life Sciences segment globally (Pharma, CROs and biotech companies).
- Develop and execute a successful sales strategy for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion of Proscia's Real World Data business globally, consistently exceeding quota expectations.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders, collaborating with Life Sciences Sales Directors, Professional Services, and Marketing to create a holistic go-to-market approach.
- Prioritize target accounts to maximize opportunities for selling Proscia's Real World Data, ensuring executive-level continuity in client relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer data, and records in Salesforce (SFDC) in a timely manner.
- Monitor competitor activities, evaluate potential collaborators, and identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of proven experience in Real World Data sales to Life Sciences organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to target key accounts, manage a global territory, and identify market potential.
- Experience in selling Real World Data assets is a must, with oncology RWD sales being preferred.
- Proven network with senior leadership in Pharma and CROs.
- Familiarity with digital pathology (or oncology broadly), image analysis, data management, and AI solutions is a plus.
- Consistent performance against established goals and metrics.
- Willingness to undertake significant travel (minimum 40%).
- Ability to work independently in a non-hierarchical environment and a strong curiosity to learn.
- Fluency in business English, both verbal and written.
