Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing online campaigns, and optimizing brand presence across various platforms. Additional responsibilities include crafting engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Salary Expectations
The starting rate for this role is $17 per hour, supplemented by bonuses and performance-based incentives for meeting weekly quotas.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
- Experience with Digital Marketing initiatives and tools
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns for better performance
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
