As an Account Executive, you will manage a territory comprising large Enterprise accounts (2501+ employees) with a focus on hunting new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and driving growth. You will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts while leveraging our Extended Access Management platform. This role is field-based, requiring extensive customer engagement, travel, and a high degree of mobility—all while primarily operating from your home office as part of our remote-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by hunting for Enterprise opportunities and acquiring new clients.
  • Manage and expand your designated territory through strategic account planning and pipeline management.
  • Upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions within existing accounts, leveraging our Extended Access Management platform.
  • Engage in customer-facing activities including in-person meetings, events, and travel as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success) and partners to develop tailored client solutions.
  • Present the value proposition of our offerings to C-suite executives and negotiate mutually beneficial deals.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Expertise in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, and territory management.
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, excellent relationship-building, solution selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, specifically in Identity and Access Management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce with comprehensive documentation of all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Experience with MEDDPPICC is preferred.

  • Advanced experience with tools such as Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.

  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling complex solutions in a competitive market.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary: $121,000 - $175,000 USD base salary with commission eligibility.
