Scentify is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help us grow one of the fastest-growing home fragrance brands online.

We're not looking for someone who simply schedules posts. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what makes content perform, and has a strong eye for aesthetics, luxury branding, and storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Manage Scentify's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
• Stay on top of trends, viral formats, sounds, and content opportunities
• Plan and execute content calendars
• Film and create engaging short-form video content
• Capture lifestyle content that aligns with the Scentify brand
• Work with our team to create content for both organic social and paid advertising
• Help identify influencers, creators, and partnership opportunities
• Monitor performance and continuously improve content strategy

What We're Looking For

• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and modern social media trends
• Strong content creation skills (video, photo, editing)
• Excellent eye for design, luxury aesthetics, and premium branding
• Ability to spot trends before they become mainstream
• Comfortable filming products, homes, businesses, and people
• Self-starter who can take ownership and bring ideas to the table
• Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Experience growing social accounts is a major plus

You love luxury brands, beautiful spaces, interior design, hospitality, fragrance, lifestyle content, and creating content that people actually want to watch.

You understand the difference between content that looks good and content that performs.

You can turn a simple diffuser into a compelling story.

You're constantly sending Instagram posts to friends saying, "We should do something like this."
