Position Overview
Are you looking for a home at a fast-paced and dynamic technology company that invests in your future? NetFabric is a rapidly growing enterprise Managed Services Provider in the Oklahoma City area. We are seeking highly skilled and motivated NOC Technicians (Tech Levels 1-3) to monitor and manage client networks and systems from our Network Operations Center. This is a full-time and on-site position at our OKC offices.

Key Responsibilities
- Tech 1 Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional response to emails and phone calls.
- Identify, remediate, and document issues/outages according to operational runbooks.
- Escalate service interruptions/outages per established agreements and procedures.
- Offer ongoing status updates for outstanding issues and track remediation to customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine event and alarm monitoring and daily start/end tasks per standard operating procedures.
- Complete basic operational/administrative tasks to manage key systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours escalation.
- Tech 2 Responsibilities (in addition to Tech 1):
- Perform intermediate operational/administrative tasks to ensure high performance and availability.
- Participate in after-action reviews to drive improved quality assurance.
- Develop expertise in one or more critical systems, technologies, or processes.
- Assist in creating basic runbooks and operating procedures for Tier 1 staff.
- Coach and mentor junior staff, serving as an escalation point for tougher issues.
- Tech 3 Responsibilities (in addition to Tech 1 & Tech 2):
- Perform advanced operational/administrative tasks to maintain high standards of performance and availability.
- Assist with infrastructure design and architecture improvements.
- Help create advanced runbooks and operating procedures.
- Provide credible input on technology standards and policies.
- Develop mastery in multiple critical systems, technologies, or processes.
- Coach and mentor junior staff and serve as an escalation point for challenging issues.
- Participate in after-action reviews to further quality assurance.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent experience.
