Position Overview

Double A / Stronghold Security is seeking a proficient and organized Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team in Leroy, MI. In this role, you will assist the CEO and support our mission to deliver real-world solutions in construction inspection and security services. You will be part of a team that values initiative, confidentiality, and strong communication while contributing to a dynamic, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance by writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Organize meetings, schedule appointments, send reminders, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Manage the executive’s calendar, prioritizing sensitive matters and scheduling appointments accordingly.
  • Work closely with the CEO to ensure he is well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Be available for after-hours scheduling and travel needs as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year office experience and a High School diploma required.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with MAC/Apple product systems and common office equipment.
  • Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise independent, sound judgment.

  • Compensation: From $14.00 per hour for a full-time schedule with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
  • In-person work in Leroy, MI with relocation preferred before starting work.
